Luxuriate in our Mid-Century Modern Picasso 'Hemmakväll' Armchair, a limited edition piece traditionally reupholstered in a Picasso printed linen. Combining design, craftsmanship and art, this chair has a floating button detail, piped edges and rests on robust tapered oak legs.

The 'Hemmakväll' style of chair was the first item of furniture in a series by Carl Malmsten, and which contribute to the feeling of homeliness that he wanted to create with his furniture. Many of Malmsten’s designs originated in the late 19th century upholstered furniture for the bourgeoisie. He was inspired without copying; his ability to make use of tradition without getting stuck in old ideals was unwavering. A piece that you will treasure for a lifetime!
