How do I know if the Decoralist+ VIP Membership is for me?

We recommend purchasing a Concierge Membership if you are considering making more than 2-3 purchases on Decoralist annually. We have found that our Members that are buying gifts, furnishing their home or purchasing decorative pieces every so often benefit the most from our Membership.

How do I get started with my personal shopper?

As soon as you've purchased your Membership, we'll be in touch with you to active your account within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends, with all the information you need to get started. To better understand your requirements and style, we'll send you a brief questionnaire so that we can source suitable products for you and within your budget.

Am I able to return products?

You can return products within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, unopened and are not: Made To Order, Printed To Order, Customised or Bespoke in any way. We suggest referring to our Returns Policy for more information.

What "Small Items" are included in the Free UK Delivery?

"Small Items" refer to products that fall our Decor, Tabletop & Bar, Bedding & Bath, Gifts and Lifestyle categories. Examples would include, but aren't limited to: Coasters, Cutlery, Napkins, Cushions, Throws, Trays, Candles, Towels, Bedding, Notebooks, Wallpaper, Fine Art Prints... 

What products are included in "Large & Fragile Items"?

"Large & Fragile Items" refer to products that fall under our furniture categories and are considered fragile, such as ceramics and/or glass material. Examples included, but aren't limited to: Furniture, Mirrors, Glassware, Table Lamps, Vases, Rugs...

I purchased the Decoralist+ VIP Membership by accident - am I able to cancel?

We understand that mistakes happen from time to time. We will be happy to cancel and refund your purchase within 24 hours should you wish to do so, provided you have not used the Membership in any way online already.

If you purchased DECORALIST+ Membership by accident, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours, provided any products purchased with your DECORALIST+ Membership have not shipped yet. The annual fee of £100 is non-refundable and non-transferrable. To cancel your membership ahead of the next billing cycle, please contact our team at least 48 hours ahead of your next billing cycle. Our team will be able to assist DECORALIST+ Members Monday-Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 GMT. Complimentary White Glove Delivery is subject to availability.
