I was so impressed firstly with the delivery speed and service. The delivery men arrived, placed the sofa where I wanted it and unpacked it and took the packaging away with them. I unfortunately broke one of my Swarovski Crystal martini glasses but didn't want to make the expense of purchasing new ones. This set of glasses are lovely and are of good quality. Very happy with my purchase.
