Their bespoke designs are drawn by hand in the UK and sent to a team in India to be brought to life. All their products are handmade in a small town in Northern India, where co-founder Aadil is originally from, by a family whose skills have been passed down through generations. As each item is handcrafted by independent artisans, and due to natural materials and the traditional process of working with cane, no two items will be exactly the same. my brother in law is 70 soon, what can we buy him. My wife suggested a drinks tray ! good idea. there are dozens on the web until I saw a super leather one on Decoralist so we bought it. it’s lovely and genuinely top quality and delighted to have found it. I was so impressed firstly with the delivery speed and service. The delivery men arrived, placed the sofa where I wanted it and unpacked it and took the packaging away with them. I unfortunately broke one of my Swarovski Crystal martini glasses but didn't want to make the expense of purchasing new ones. This set of glasses are lovely and are of good quality. Very happy with my purchase.
My lampshade arrived damaged by the courier, they had left it on the driveway and it was already bashed up in the box. The team at Decoralist were so helpful and immediately shipped me another shade. I love it and it frequently gets commented on.
