Coronavirus Update: Decoralist is open, and our talented designers are shipping orders as usual!
In order to offer you an extensive range of products, we work with numerous approved suppliers from around the world. The country origin and lead times for specific products are clearly indicated on the relevant product page under the ‘Delivery’ tab. Decoralist supports local and global craftsmanship, which means many items are made-to-order for you and may sometimes mean a longer lead time. 

Delivery Policy

UK Mainland Delivery
Standard delivery (Monday - Friday): From £3.99 
Free UK delivery on orders over £150
Smaller items will be dispatched by our approved suppliers. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Your delivery method will vary depending on the items in your basket; by size, weight, fragility and supplier. Kindly note that if you have ordered multiple items in the same order, your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers. Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop! 
For larger items, including most furniture and volume orders, as soon as your item(s) are received and quality checked, our team will get in touch to arrange a delivery date with our complimentary white glove delivery service. White glove delivery is our premium service, which includes careful installation or placement of the item, plus removal of any packaging. In essence, your new item will be placed exactly where you require it, ready for you to enjoy.

International Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping on all items. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is based on your delivery address and order volume. 
For furniture, fragile and larger orders, we will first need to obtain an international shipping quote from our delivery partners. Please email our Customer Care Team with your delivery address.
Please note that international delivery may also incur local taxes and import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods on arrival in the country of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy
Our simple returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind at Decoralist. We’re sure you’ll love your purchase, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, excluding the original cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in its original inner and outer packaging. 
Please note that we are unable to accept made-to-order, non-standard, customised or special order products. 
We are unable to offer returns for international orders. We encourage you to double-check the dimensions of the product(s) you wish to order to ensure access is not a problem during delivery. Dimensions on Decoralist are listed in metric (cm, mm, m). For customers ordering using the imperial system, please check the conversion prior to placing an order. 
How Do I Make A Return?
Please access our Returns Portal or email with your order number and ‘RETURN’ in the email subject line (Order #0000 RETURN) to inform us that you would like to make a return. We will send you the paperwork and delivery address to complete your return.
Returns will only be accepted in the original inner and outer packaging, in a saleable condition. When organising a return, please send the item with care, using a trackable service to ensure that it reaches us without damage. Decoralist reserves the right to refuse a refund on your order, or issue a credit note for the original selling price if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition. 
Your refund will be processed as soon as your item is received and been quality checked. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear. 
Damaged Products 
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email with your order number within 48 hours of receipt. Without the correct information and images, we will not be able to investigate the issue. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or damaged product could mean we have to charge for a replacement. Decoralist is happy to offer a replacement on any damaged items at our expense.
