UK DELIVERY:

LEAD TIMES

Please refer to the 'Delivery' tab on the product pages for individual lead times. We work with suppliers in the UK but also in other global countries, such as the USA, Europe and South Africa. 

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free standard UK shipping on a number of items, but all other shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and quantity of your order. If you are placing a large order, we recommend emailing info@decoralist.com for an accurate shipping quote.

DELIVERY METHODS

We offer two delivery methods:

  1. White Glove UK Delivery;
  2. Delivery by Decoralist's approved suppliers

Your delivery method will vary depending on the items in your basket; by size, weight, fragility and supplier. Delivery information is available under the 'Delivery' tab on the product pages. If you’re unsure of the delivery method of your order, please contact our team at info@decoralist.com or continue reading for further information. 

  1. Standard White Glove UK Delivery is used for Decoralist items throughout the UK and Europe;
  2. For items ordered through our approved suppliers, they will arrange delivery directly to you. We will provide tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched. Most couriers include Hermes, Royal Mail, UPS and FedEx.

LARGE AND FRAGILE ITEMS

Large and fragile items, including furniture and mirrors, will either be delivered by a specialist courier or direct from our approved suppliers. We aim to have your products delivered to you within the time frame of between 7-14 working days.

We will email you to arrange a chosen delivery date that is convenient for you when your order is ready. You must reply to confirm a delivery date for your delivery to be scheduled. If you fail to respond and confirm you will be offered a different delivery slot which will be for a later date.

On the evening before your delivery you will receive a text message or email to remind you that your order is on its way.

If delivery is missed and the order is subsequently cancelled then the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. If the item cannot be delivered due to an access issue or because the item is too large to fit into the property, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

DELIVERY DAY

For large and fragile items, you will receive a courtesy call up to 30 minutes prior to delivery. Our courier will take your item(s) to a downstairs ‘room of choice' and remove the packaging as per our White Glove Delivery service.

You must be home to accept delivery and items will need to be signed for. If no-one is home the courier will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or return your items to the depot for a new delivery date to be agreed.

Please always inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. Failed deliveries that have been agreed will result in re-delivery/cancellation charges. 

We ask that when receiving a delivery to inspect items before the delivery driver leaves. In the rare event of a damage, you will be able to return your delivery with the driver, and you won’t be left with a large item waiting for replacement. If you do not manage to check goods upon delivery, we allow 24 hours after signing for goods, for damages to be reported to us. Claims for damages outside this period may be rejected.

Please be aware it is the customer's responsibility to check that items ordered will fit through doorways, stairwells and staircases. This includes any tables with tops in excess of 220cm. If you are in any doubt, please talk to our team prior to delivery, who can advise. A re-delivery charge will be applied should our team need to return or use more specialist equipment that the standard two-man crew.

DELIVERY BY DECORALIST'S APPROVED SUPPLIERS

Once your order has been processed, we will email you with a link and number to track your order. If you have ordered multiple items in the same order, your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers. Either way, we will keep you in the loop!

Decoralist is not responsible for any import tax or duties that may arise from our international suppliers. Please make sure you check the Delivery tab on each individual product page if you are not sure where your order is being sent from.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Depending on the items in your shopping cart, international delivery rates will be applied, if applicable, at checkout.

If however, you receive a notification at checkout saying that we don't ship to your location, please just email us at info@decoralist.com with the items you wish to purchase, your phone number and your delivery address. We will arrange a shipping quotation within 48 hours and email you a payment link to complete your purchase.
